Cheers Julian, deffo not going long again in 2011 maybe 2012. I have heard nothing but good things about Roth but Frankfurt has lots of Kona slots for the 40's age groups and the last one rolled down to 10:02... which has got me thinking! You…

I've been competing in cycling time trials and triathlons since 1991. Most proud of my 21mins 49secs PB for 10mile TT and my 10hrs 42mins time for Ironman.

Cycling - 25mile TT 00:58:52
Cycling - 50mile TT 02:03:20 (June 2008)
Cycling - 100mile TT 04:28:40 (July 2008 in 28 degrees c!)

Olympic Tri - 02:10:40
Ironman - 10:42:15 (Roth, Germany)

Running - 10k 00:37:20
Running: - half marathon 01:25:09
Running - marathon 03:29:00 (part of 2 day staged ironman)
My main target this year
My main targets for 2009 are Tri (Windsor) and cycling SCCU 50mile and 100m TT champs.
