About me: I've been competing in cycling time trials and triathlons since 1991. Most proud of my 21mins 49secs PB for 10mile TT and my 10hrs 42mins time for Ironman.

My PB's: Cycling -10mile TT 00:21:49
Cycling - 25mile TT 00:58:52
Cycling - 50mile TT 02:03:20 (June 2008)
Cycling - 100mile TT 04:28:40 (July 2008 in 28 degrees c!)

Olympic Tri - 02:10:40
Ironman - 10:42:15 (Roth, Germany)

Running - 10k 00:37:20
Running: - half marathon 01:25:09
Running - marathon 03:29:00 (part of 2 day staged ironman)

My main target this year: My main targets for 2009 are Tri (Windsor) and cycling SCCU 50mile and 100m TT champs.
