About me: The never quite made it come back man, now in semi retirement following several hip replacements.

My PB's: 10 26.48 '04
25 1.10.05 ,05
2010 Argus Pick and Pay Tour ZA 110K (course including the lumpy Boyes Drive)
4hrs 59mins 56secs 15,070 o/a out of approx 30,250 starters. 224th out of 540 in the 60-65 age group.

My main target this year: 2009 Get back riding again in preparation for the Pick and Pay Tour Stage in SA next year.

2010 Well it is next year now and despite the worst of the British winter weather which limited training to 450 miles total. Included a few trips up the Zig Zags to prepare for the prepare for the mini-mountains and a couple of runs with the CTC old timers to get the distances in. Epsom CC club runs being way out of my league. I made it and finished (despite one minor off into the armco) respectably.. (behind Lance)
