After finding that Horsham Cycling were also riding the course before us, we managed to start only a few minutes late.

It was a cool overcast evening with a southerly wind, with most Epsom riders slower than their best times this season.
Andy Critchlow did a tremendous ride for the conditions and lead Norwood Paragon to a comfortable win in the points competition.
Paul Deen was second fastest, followed by Paul Haywood and Isaac Griffiths. After the three Epsom riders, close packing by Paragon members got them the top points.
Michelle Arthurs-Brennan the only lady rider did a very good time beating well over half the men and was only 46 seconds outside her best on a tough evening.
James Langstraat took the Epsom handicap award from Phill Gall, with James improving his best time by an impressive 39 seconds.
