Time Trial News

Great to see that after many top places in Open Events, finally Paul Haywood had a win in the a3crg 10 mile event last Saturday. Hoping for a personal best of under 20 minutes on the fast A3 course, with 20:02 he was just three seconds from his target. Runner up was Matthew Woods Eastbourne Rovers, making another comeback, who Paul pipped by 5 seconds. Matthew broke many of our Club records when he was a junior member in the late 1980’s, with some still standing.

Also going very well this season is Chris Rosam who did 24:46 in the same event improving his personal best by 12 seconds.
