It was a mild evening with broken cloud and a light south easterly wind to help riders back from the turn.
The winner with a surprisingly fast time was Paul Deen, with his best time on this course by eleven seconds.
In their usual second and third places, both Paul Haywood and Isaac Griffiths also improved on the best times for this course.
Stephen Emmerson in only his second ride after a couple of seasons break, took the handicap prize from Paul Malloy.
With good conditions, almost half of our riders improved on their best times for the current and past season. Personal best times were done by Cam Hale, Ryan Sharp & Paul Malloy, all on road bikes .
